A worked example

Input

Given name → first_name
Work email → email
Organization → company

Output

first_name,email,company
Jane,jane@example.com,Example

You choose which source column supplies each standard field. Mapping preserves the source values.

What the result means

Check the column choices before exporting. Unmapped fields stay empty, and a warnings file records missing or unsupported-format emails without inventing values.

Mapping changes column names, not the accuracy of the source records. It does not invent missing values or guarantee compatibility with a specific CRM import.

Frequently asked questions

Does this fill missing emails or split full names?

No. It maps existing columns to output fields. It does not infer an address, enrich records or split a full-name column into independently verified first and last names.

Will the output import into my CRM?

The output uses a general contact schema. Check your CRM’s current required headers and field rules before importing; this tool does not guarantee a vendor-specific import format.

Is this free, and are my inputs uploaded?

Use this tool without an account, subscription or credits. Processing and file exports run in your browser; the tool does not upload your inputs or send emails. Clear inputs to remove the current data. Inputs are not saved when you reload the page.
