A worked example

Input

Contact jane@example.com. Sales: sales@example.org. Jane: jane@example.com

Output

jane@example.com — 2 occurrences
sales@example.org — 1 occurrence

Copy email list returns just the two addresses. CSV includes domains and counts for review.

What the result means

The list contains addresses found in your input, with duplicates removed. Occurrence counts help you distinguish repeated mentions from unique addresses.

Only supplied text is processed. It does not visit websites, decode every obfuscation or verify that mailboxes exist.

Frequently asked questions

Can this extractor visit a website?

No. Paste text or HTML source, or load a local file. The tool only reads what you supply and does not crawl pages, log in to websites or fetch remote content.

Will it extract hidden or obfuscated addresses?

It recognizes ordinary written addresses, including mailto links in HTML source. It does not reliably decode every form of “name [at] company [dot] com” or find addresses that are absent from the supplied text.

Is this free, and are my inputs uploaded?

Use this tool without an account, subscription or credits. Processing and file exports run in your browser; the tool does not upload your inputs or send emails. Clear inputs to remove the current data. Inputs are not saved when you reload the page.
