Duplicates and malformed entries go to a separate review export. The remaining address is not marked as deliverable.
What the result means
Valid-format entries remain in the main list even when labeled as a role, personal or known disposable address. Decide which labels fit your campaign before importing.
Format checks do not verify mailboxes or delivery. Domain labels use a small disclosed list, not a complete disposable-domain database. Local-part letter case is preserved.
Frequently asked questions
Does cleaning verify email deliverability?
No. Cleaning checks supported address syntax, removes exact duplicates and adds labels. It does not query DNS, connect to a mail server or confirm that the mailbox exists.
Why are role and personal addresses still in the cleaned list?
They may be valid and useful depending on your task. The tool labels them without silently deleting them. The domain lists are small disclosed lists, not a complete live catalogue.
Is this free, and are my inputs uploaded?
Use this tool without an account, subscription or credits. Processing and file exports run in your browser; the tool does not upload your inputs or send emails. Clear inputs to remove the current data. Inputs are not saved when you reload the page.
