Column mapping

Paste a valid CSV above to choose source columns.

How to use this tool

  1. Paste or load a contact CSV.
  2. Map source columns to standard contact fields.
  3. Review coverage and fix the flagged source rows.

A worked example

Input

3 rows · company filled in 2 · same email appears twice

Output

company coverage: 66.67%
Duplicate email flagged at its source row

The report separates populated-field coverage from individual issues. It does not turn a completeness score into a deliverability claim.

What the result means

Only mapped columns are audited. Coverage tells you what your file contains; an unmapped column is reported as not mapped rather than counted as a missing value in every record.

This audit measures the contents of your file. It does not check current employment, email delivery or whether a person fits your target market.

Frequently asked questions

Why does a field say “not mapped”?

No source column was assigned to that field. The tool cannot measure its coverage, so it omits that field from row-level missing-value checks. Map it if the source file contains the information. Reported CSV row numbers include blank records; a quoted multiline cell stays within one record.

Can this audit validate a person’s current job or email?

No. It checks the file’s structure, populated values, supported email format and duplicates. Current employment, buyer fit and deliverability require separate checks.

Is this free, and are my inputs uploaded?

Use this tool without an account, subscription or credits. Processing and file exports run in your browser; the tool does not upload your inputs or send emails. Clear inputs to remove the current data. Inputs are not saved when you reload the page.
