How to use this tool

  1. Enter a name and company domain, or paste a CSV with first_name, last_name and domain.
  2. Generate candidate formats.
  3. Use known company examples to narrow the pattern before checking an address.

A worked example

Input

Jane · Doe · example.com

Output

jane.doe@example.com
jane@example.com
j.doe@example.com

Different employers use different naming conventions. Every generated address stays labeled as an unverified candidate.

What the result means

These are possible naming formats, not confirmed mailboxes. Compare them with known addresses at the company, then independently check any address you intend to use.

Candidates are guesses. No mailbox, DNS or deliverability check is performed. A name with accents may need a manually confirmed spelling.

Frequently asked questions

Can an email permutator verify an address?

No. It only combines a name and domain into candidate addresses. Syntax, a likely pattern and even a known company example do not prove that the person’s mailbox exists or accepts mail.

How do I generate candidates for a CSV of people?

Choose CSV batch and provide first_name, last_name and domain headers. Each row needs both names and a company domain. Up to 500 people can be processed in one batch.

Is this free, and are my inputs uploaded?

Use this tool without an account, subscription or credits. Processing and file exports run in your browser; the tool does not upload your inputs or send emails. Clear inputs to remove the current data. Inputs are not saved when you reload the page.
