How to use this tool

  1. Set your meeting goal and campaign period.
  2. Enter a reply rate and the share of replies that become meetings.
  3. Compare scenarios and size your prospect list.

A worked example

Input

20 meetings · 5% reply rate · 25% of replies book a meeting

Output

1,600 unique prospects
Up to 4,800 emails with a 3-step sequence

20 ÷ (0.05 × 0.25) = 1,600. Sequence emails count repeat touches; they are not additional unique prospects.

What the result means

Use unique-prospect counts to size your list, and maximum emails to understand sequence workload. Daily counts are planning outputs, not safe-sending recommendations.

These are your assumptions, not recommended sending limits. Replies are a share of unique prospects; meetings are a share of replies. A sequence maximum assumes every step is sent.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the meeting rate a percentage of replies?

This model has two sequential stages: prospects who reply, then replies that produce meetings. If your own measurement is meetings per prospect, convert your assumptions before using this funnel.

Are the daily email counts recommended sending limits?

No. They divide modeled volume by sending days. Sender reputation, recipient relevance, authentication, provider rules and stop-on-reply behavior need separate operational planning.

Is this free, and are my inputs uploaded?

Use this tool without an account, subscription or credits. Processing and file exports run in your browser; the tool does not upload your inputs or send emails. Clear inputs to remove the current data. Inputs are not saved when you reload the page.
