A worked example

Input

Jane Doe · Founder at Example · jane@example.com

Output

A readable signature with clickable email and website links, plus a plain-text version.

Choose a layout and color, then copy the formatted version. The output contains no Dievio badge or tracking pixel.

What the result means

Use Copy formatted signature for the rich-text signature editor in your mail client. Copying HTML source into that editor may show the code as text; send yourself a test after saving.

Email clients may adjust spacing and fonts. Use the formatted-copy button to paste into your signature settings, then send yourself a test email.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add the signature to Gmail?

Copy the formatted signature. In Gmail on desktop, open Settings, then See all settings. In General, find Signature, create or choose a signature and paste into the editor. Set defaults and save changes.

Should I paste formatted content or HTML source?

Paste formatted content into a rich-text signature editor. Use HTML source only where your email client explicitly accepts HTML code. Client fonts and spacing can vary, so send yourself a test message.
